Meet Ravena B. Lottie, Esq.

Atlanta Attorney Ravene Baskerville LottieRavena B. Lottie, Esq. is a managing partner at Baskerville Lottie & Jackson, LLC.

She has more than 15 years experience helping families to rebuild after devastating financial experiences and assisting them in establishing a realistic path toward a stable financial future.

Attorney Lottie formerly worked for one of the largest law firms in the southeast where she learned the nuts and bolts of pre-trial litigation and trademark infringement representing clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to the school system.

She has helped her clients manage through complex IRS matters and reorganizations involving real estate. She has helped countless individuals and families coping with negative equity in primary residences with a second mortgage (“upside down”), eminent foreclosure, and lease / franchise agreement defaults.

Her experiences with consumer bankruptcies also include those with creditor disputes, wage garnishments, repossessions, and significant medical debts.

Attorney Lottie is not only a legal advocate for her clients; she is also an advocate in the community.

She is committed to informing and educating the public on how the federal bankruptcy law may be used as a tool to assist individuals, families, and businesses through financial distress, as well as, a first step to financial wellness. She conducts seminars for the community to educate consumers on their rights.

She currently serves as the legal advisor and development director to the Atlanta Select Basketball Association that provides services that nurture hundreds of scholar athletes each year through a comprehensive program of basketball training and academic tutoring that promotes the physical, educational , and life skills necessary to prepare and empower them for leadership in their communities, and success in their personal lives.

She also is an active volunteer on the stewardship committee and legal ministry in her church. Attorney Lottie  has also served on the board of directors for various other non-profit organizations in the past.
